Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. There are no refunds for early cancellation. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.

Since we offer a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product, we generally do not provide refunds once a subscription period has started. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur.

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a specific issue that warrants a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. Once the trial ends and the paid subscription begins, the standard refund policy applies.
